Why I like it: Only 3 ingredients! And with the balsamic vinegar and salsa, you should have a great flavor and juicy chicken. You could serve it with rice pilaf or green beans.

Why I like it: I don’t know where you stand on pineapple on pizza or pineapple in general. But the pineapple on this chicken looks marvelous! And with only three ingredients you probably don’t have to worry about running out to store to make a delicious meal.

Why I like it: Super simple! You just put everything in the slow cooker and let it go. Although it does meet the criteria, there are no spices added. It might be just as easy as adding salt and pepper, or maybe kick it up with cayenne.

Why I like it: Out of all these recipes I want to try this one the most. I am a huge fan of Tex Mex, and if this doesn’t scream that, I don’t know what will. You got chicken, beans, corn, AND salsa verde?! What’s not to love.
